This 2 way radio allows you to easily transition from analog two way radios to digital two way radios without replacing your entire fleet at one time. The EVX-S24 is water submersible, dust proof, digital, slim, discreet, and durable, even in rugged environments. As Motorola's smallest waterproof digital radio, the EVX-S24 is a ideal for most industries, including construction, manufacturing, industrial, golf courses, and resorts. With its noise cancellation feature, this digital two way radio gives crisp, clean communication with minimal static. The EVX-S24 is so small and lightweight that it can be clipped to a lapel, fit in a pocket, or be left on the belt.

Water Submersible & Dust Proof
Motorola's EVX-S24 two way radio meets international standard IP67 for water submersibility and is also dust proof. The EVX-S24 is protected from immersion in water up to 3 feet (1 meter) for 30 minutes and offers complete protection from dust.

Conversion is Easy with Digital to Analog Integration
eVerge two way radios operate in both analog and digital modes and can be used with any existing analog two-way radios.

Direct Mode
Direct Mode enables you to have two communication paths on a single frequency effectively doubling your call capacity without the need of a repeater.

Transmit Interrupt
In emergencies, every second counts. Transmit interrupt allows an operator with encode capabilities to halt or “interrupt” any current transmission, in favor of a priority message. EVX-S24 is decode only, which allows messages to be interrupted.

Better Radio Call Quality
Digital radios eliminate noise and static from voice transmit to only deliver the intended voice message crisply and clearly. eVerge digital two way radios feature the AMBE+2TM vocoder for enhanced voice quality.

Better Message Control & Privacy
In digital mode, you can choose who you call and who gets your message. Digital radios each have a unique ID enabling users to select who they need to call or send a text message without including others.

Site Search
Move between multiple sites easily by using the Site Search functionality on the EVX-S24 radio. Manually or automatically initiate Site Search to identify the signal of the closest site with the strongest signal strength. The EVX-S24 portable two way radio will change its pre-programmed home site to the site with the strongest signal in range. Great for operations with multiple locations or buildings with multiple floors.
