The Motorola HKLN4509A is the single unit charger for the Motorola HKLN4512A Bluetooth Accessory Pod, which works with the Motorola HKLN4513A earpiece. The Motorola HKLN4509A includes both the charging cradle and the power supply as well as the SPN5334A AC to Mini-USB adapter and a one year warranty.
